ANNOUNCEMENT:

Forest County Potawatomi Tribal Court will begin in-person hearings with limited capacity starting May 1, 2021.

All parties will be required to follow the Covid-19 restrictions that are currently in place, such as, wearing a face mask and social distancing in the lobby area outside of the courtroom and inside of the courtroom area.

You may request to appear by phone or video; however, all requests must be in writing five (5) days prior to hearing with a reason for the request. It will be your responsibility to provide updated address and phone information. If a request for telephone appearance is not received five (5) days prior to the hearing, you will be expected to appear in person.

Cases will be scheduled accordingly to give time between cases for cleaning and disinfecting of the courtroom area.
